The major usefulness of shea nut is the oil content which is the most crucial element of the shea nut as that component is an important ingredient in the composition of the butter that goes into Cocoa Butter Equivalents and other by-products. 5. Shea Butter: Shea butter is a slightly yellowish or ivory colored natural fat extracted from Shea Nut (the nut discussed above).
