Thanks to modern innovation, Locust Beans can be produced in a more larger quantity now, with a more neater and fresher results following good manufacturing practices.The Dried Seed will be cleanly sorted and boiled in the Pressure Pot for 6 Hours,then the dehulling machine will be used to dehull the boiled seeds. The seeds will be transferred into a clean water to separate the chaff from the beans.

The separated beans will now be reboiled again for an hour. The beans is extracted and splashed into clean containers for fermentation at 37°c Room Temperature for 37 hours. It is then transferred to the Dryer for Drying and later spread in stainless trays.
